Cheesy Croissants & Soup Recipe

Such a classic. . . Everyone loves to snuggle up with some warm soup. Being with a European, our soup always comes with a side of croissants. As a vegan, I’m sure you all know how hard that becomes..

Especially when your fiance will only take a cheeesssyyy croissant none the less.

But luckily, Pillsbury’s Butter Flake Croissants are accidentally vegan! Super weird right?! But it’s true! So melt some Daiya cheddar into these dudes, and you’re golden!

 

 

 

And as far as soup goes, we usually do Progresso Organic Tomato Basil Soup. It’s cheap, it’s vegan, and it’s pretty tasty!

Pro tip: The Daiya cheese can have a sharp cheddar taste to it. So we usually do half of a slice per croissant. & roll it inside of the croissants before cooking them (for 12 minutes!)
